Taxes

Tax Assessments are mailed out in February.

Tax Levies are mailed out mid-May and are due by June 30.

If the taxes are not paid the following penalties will be applied:

• 7% on July 1 for current taxes

• 11% on September 1 for current taxes

• 18% on January 1 for all unpaid taxes
