Tax Assessments
At Council’s request, our property Assessor, Grant Clark with KCL Consulting, provided a presentation to help explain the property assessment process during the April 9, 2025 Council Meeting. Council invited Clark to provide information and answer questions about the assessment process and changes to assessments in Grimshaw. Residents are encouraged to review their assessments carefully and reach out to KCL Consulting with any questions or concerns. While the formal complaint deadline has passed, KCL is still available to discuss individual assessments and provide clarification.
