When:We are thrilled to introduce a brand-new Youth Development Program designed to empower all youth through exercise, social connections, and personal growth!
April 28 to May 26, 2025
Mondays from 3:45 to 4:30 p.m. on court #2 in the MZRM Field House
with certified fitness instructor Jackie Campbell
Why is this important? Physical activity isn't just great for your body-it's essential for your mental well-being too! Exercise helps reduce stress, boost mood, improve focus, and build confidence. Combined with social connections and personal development, this program will create a positive and supportive space for youth to thrive!
Open to all youth 7 years of age and older Clean indoor shoes and a water bottle are required.
Pre-registration is required and a waiver form must be filled out by a parent or guardian at the MZRM Front Desk.
