Postal Strike - Important Information
With the current mail strike, residents are reminded that property tax, utility, and accounts receivable payments remain due as scheduled.
Please use one of the following options to ensure your payments are received on time:
• Online banking bill payments - Add the Town of Grimshaw as a payee through your online banking platform.
• E-transfer - Send payments to frontdesk@grimshaw.ca and include your utility or tax roll number in the message field to be sure payments are applied to the correct accounts.
• In-person payment - Payments can be made at the Town Office during regular business hours by cash, cheque, or debit.
Residents are responsible for ensuring payments are made by their due dates, regardless of the postal strike delays. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the Town Office at 780-332-4626.
