Mainway Electrical Outdoor Skating Rink Update
We want to provide some context on why the Mainway Electrical outdoor skating rink isn’t ready yet. Our Public Works team has been working around the clock to manage the significant snowfall we’ve experienced recently. Their top priority is keeping our streets clear and safe for travel, which means rink preparation has had to wait.
With the current forecast calling for warmer temperatures, creating and maintaining quality ice isn’t possible right now. Once the weather cools down again and our crew has time to remove the snow from the rink surface, we’ll begin the process of flooding and building the ice.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we balance winter maintenance priorities. We’ll share updates as soon as conditions allow us to move forward.
