Request for Proposal - Yard Maintenance

In cases where a resident/property owner fails, neglects, or refuses to cut their grass, clean up their yard, etc., the Town of Grimshaw hires a contractor or individual to remedy the condition.

The Town of Grimshaw is accepting proposals from contractors/individuals who are interested in providing this service when required by the Town throughout the spring and summer of 2026. Proposals must include an hourly rate that would apply for the 2026 season. The successful contractor or individual shall be required to provide their own equipment to carry out the work and must provide the Town of Grimshaw with a copy of their Liability Insurance Coverage with the Town added as an "Additional Named Insured" and a Worker's Compensation Certificate.

Proposals will be accepted until May 15, 2026, until 4:30 p.m.

The Town of Grimshaw reserves the right to reject and or all proposals or to accept the proposal deemed to be most favorable in the interest of the Town.
