Grimshaw Outdoor Swimming Pool Manager
Seasonal: May 01 to August 23, 2025
Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining staff schedules, promoting and scheduling special events, as well as lifeguarding and instructing swimming lessons. Experience working in an aquatic environment, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and supervisory experience are required. Preference will be given to those candidates who possess a Pool Operators Level 1 and a minimum of three years of experience at the management level. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Minimum of 18 years of age Standard First Aid and CPR certifications, National Lifesaving Society Certification, Lifesaving Instructor Certification, Water Safety Instructor Certification, Pool Operators Level 1 Certification.
