Yard Maintenance - Invitation for Proposals

In cases where a resident/property owner fails, neglects, or refuses to cut their grass, clean up their yard, etc., the Town of Grimshaw hires a contractor or individual to remedy the condition.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗺𝘀𝗵𝗮𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀/𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

Proposals must include an hourly rate that would apply for the 2025 season. The successful contractor or individual shall be required to provide their own equipment to carry out the work and must provide the Town of Grimshaw with a copy of their Liability Insurance Coverage with the Town added as an "Additional Named Insured" and a Worker's Compensation Certificate.
