Town of Grimshaw Funding Request

Community groups and non‑profit organizations play an essential role in strengthening the Town of Grimshaw and enhancing the quality of life for residents. To support this important work, the Town offers funding opportunities designed to help local organizations deliver programs, events, and initiatives that benefit our community.

This page provides information on how to request financial support from the Town of Grimshaw, and the steps required to submit an application. We encourage groups to review the details carefully and reach out if they need assistance during the process.

How to Apply:

  • Please complete the Funding Request Form below in full.
  • Requests for funding decisions will be made on a quarterly basis as to whether funding will be provided, subject to the availability of budgeted funds.

Funding shall be distributed through four application intake periods as follows:

  • Quarter 1: deadline of November 30, approval in December for Jan - Mar
  • Quarter 2: deadline of February 28, approval in March for Apr - June
  • Quarter 3: deadline of May 31, approval in June for July - Sept.
  • Quarter 4: deadline of August 31, approval in September for Oct – Dec.

Unallocated funds at the end of a quarter may, at Council’s discretion, be carried forward to a subsequent quarter or returned to general revenues.
